Production process of corundum mullite brick
The corundum mullite brick body is formed by a 300t friction press, and the body density is 2.7g/cm3. The body is dried in a tunnel dryer. The inlet temperature is 40~50℃, the highest drying temperature is 130℃, the drying time is 48h, and the body moisture is not more than 1.5%. The product is fired in a tunnel kiln, the firing temperature is 1550℃, and the holding time is 10h.

Product Process

The corundum mullite brick is made of imported plate-shaped corundum and high-purity fused corundum as the main raw material. It is applied with advanced ultrafine powder adding technology. After mixing, molding and drying, it is fired at high temperature in the shuttle kiln. The product has the characteristics of high refractoriness, good thermal shock resistance, high temperature strength, excellent corrosion resistance, strong slag resistance, small expansion coefficient, low creep and anti-flaking.

Production process of corundum mullite brick

White corundum hardness is slightly higher than brown corundum, slightly lower toughness, high purity, good self-sharpness, strong grinding ability, low calorific value, high efficiency, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and good thermal stability.
