Silica mullite brick is a special refractory material, mainly composed of silicon oxide, silicon nitride and an appropriate amount of additives. It is formed using a special molding process and then sintered at high temperature. It has excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature strength and thermal shock stability, and has good stability in high temperature, corrosive and oxidizing media environments.

Silica mullite bricks have the following characteristics:
1. Excellent high temperature resistance, its high temperature resistance can reach over 1700℃, and it can be used stably for a long time in high temperature environments.
2. It has good corrosion resistance and is less corrosive to most acids, alkalis, salts and other oxidizing media.
3. It has good thermal shock stability, can withstand changes and impacts in complex thermal environments, and is not easy to crack.
4. It has excellent wear resistance and thermal shock resistance, and can be used for structural parts that withstand complex environments such as high temperature and high pressure.
