High-alumina China raw Calcined bauxite: a neutral refractory with a alumina content of 48% or more.It is made from bauxite or other raw materials with high content of alumina by molding and calcining.Thermal stability, high refractoriness in more than 1770 ℃.Good slag resistance, lining for building steel furnace, glass furnace, cement rotary furnace, etc.
The high aluminum aggregate is divided into four grades according to the content of aluminum, the level 3 high aluminum content is not less than 55 percent, the level 2 high aluminum content is not less than 65, the level 1 high aluminum content is not less than 75, the level of the high aluminum content is more than 85.
Refractory aggregate can be divided into clay, high aluminum, rigid jade, silicon, magnesium, magnesia and alumina spinel refractory aggregate.

The bauxite referred to in the refractory industry generally refers to a bauxite with a lower Al2O3>=48% and a lower Fe2O3 after calcination, and a high bauxite clinker is a calcined bauxite. 4,Dry aluminum silicate refractory fiber.It has the advantages of light weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, small thermal capacity and mechanical vibration resistance.Used in iron and steel, nonferrous metallurgy, electronics, petroleum, chemical, aerospace, atomic energy, defense and other industries.It is the high alumina clinker in the melting temperature of about 2000 ~ 2200 ℃ high temperature electric arc furnace, via high pressure of high temperature melting, high-speed air or steam injection, cooling, became a white cotton - silicate aluminum refractory fiber.It can be compressed into fiber blanket, board or woven into cloth instead of metallurgy, chemical, glass and other industrial high-temperature furnace lining of firebrick.Fire fighters can make clothes out of refractory fabric.
