Light weight Mullite insulation brick is a kind of quality refractory insulation materials for resisting high temperature with features of light weight, low thermal conductivity, thermal insulation and high compression strength in the high temperature furnaces or kilns. lightweight bricks are mainly used for the top of hot blast stove, stack and bottom of blast furnace, regenerative chamber of glass melting furnace, lining of ceramic high temperature furnace and so on.
Light weight Mullite insulation brick is manufactured with mullite as the main crystal phase and contains about 65~75% alumina content. Mullite Insulation Brick has high refractoriness that reaches up to 1790 ℃. Its apparent initial softening temperature is about 1600~1700℃. Its cold crushing strength is about 70~260MPa. Mullite Insulation Brick can be classified into different types of 1350 lightweight brick, 1450 lightweight brick and 1550 lightweight brick according to different service temperature and into Lightweight Mullite Brick and Heavy Mullite Brick according to different bulk density.
Lightweight Mullite Insulation Bricks Features:
1. Low thermal conductivity, with good thermal insulation effect; 2. Low thermal melting, due to low thermal conductivity, the mullite series of lightweight insulation bricks accumulate little heat energy, and the energy saving effect is obvious in intermittent operation; 3. Low impurity content has very low iron box alkali metal and other oxide content, therefore, high refractoriness; high aluminum content makes it maintain good performance in a reducing atmosphere; 4. High compressive strength in hot state; 5. Accurate appearance and size, speed up the masonry, reduce the amount of refractory mud, ensure the strength and stability of the masonry, thereby extending the life of the lining; 6. It can be processed into special shapes to reduce the number of bricks and joints. It can be directly used for the lining of high-temperature kilns, and has been widely used in shuttle kilns, roller kilns, glass and petrochemical kilns.

Light weight mullite insulation brick Application
Lightweight mullite insulation bricks are widely used in various kiln linings, thermal insulation layers and thermal insulation layers in metallurgy, machinery, ceramics, chemical and other industries. The use temperature is 1300-1600 ℃, which is an ideal energy-saving product.

1.Pallet+Paper or Steel angle bead+Paper board +Plastic or Steel belt +Plastic film or carton boxes+pallet
(1)Wooden pallet size: Usually 0.92*0.92m(standard brick),but 1*1m (special shape brick) at most,
(2)Load weight of each pallet:Usually 0.3-1.2 Tons according different density, max 1.5 Tons.
(3)20 Foot Container can be loaded max 21 Tons, about 20-24 Pallets.
