Fused zirconia corundum brick(also known as AZS brick) is made by the process of completely melting the raw material firstly and then cast in the mold, finally cooling, solidification. This product shrinkage should be paid special attention in using, which is caused during the volume shrinkage in the condensation process. Fused zirconia corundum brick casting methods divide into ordinary casting, tilting casting, no shrinkage casting and quasi-no shrinkage casting. AZS products with different casting methods can meet the use requirements of various parts in the ceramic frit furnace, spent flower alkali furnace, glass kiln.

There are two using ways of Refractory Used AZS Block:
1. large piece of recycled waste AZS gorg scrap, generally used to re-polish and reprocess to be new brick, can be used in the glass kiln, that will save costs.
2. small piece of waste AZS grog Scrap, because of small size, it can only be used to break into unshaped material.
Packing:
Standard export wooden pallet with cardboard and PET strap.
1. Strong packing will protect the goods from any possible damage during transit.
2. Solid packing and overall stuffing can prevent the cases from vibration and jarring.
3. We must take necessary precaution that the packing can protect goods from pilferage or rain.
